You order status will automatically change to On-Hold in either case below:
- PayPal is reviewing your payment. The Payment Review may take up to 24 hours. When PayPal has completed the review, it'll either clear or cancel the payment. If the payment clears: We will proceed to process the order.
- You opened a dispute from your PayPal account. We strongly encourage you not to open a PayPal dispute, but to contact us via our Support Center if you have any issue with your order. Opening a dispute via PayPal will only cause further delays on the delivery.
